The building was constructed in 1990 and renovated in 2004. It consists of a 4 storey main building with a total of 102 rooms, of which 17 are singles, 80 are doubles and 5 are suites and a 1 storey neighbouring building with 22 apartments. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts and a cafe. The hotel boasts a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioning restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available. In addition there is a conference room, a laundry service as well as car parking facilities on site. PLEASE NOTE: From March 2005 there will be some building work happening opposite the hotel, however no heavy machinery is being used.
